If you're a Beginner:

Complete our 30-Day Course in the Courses tab. You might be familiar with some concepts already, so feel free to skip around. Keep new terms and phrases fresh by studying with our Video Flashcards and creating Vocabulary Lists. Watch videos tagged “Beginner” in our Video Library.

If you're Intermediate:

You’re ready to jump in! Use our Video Library and filter for intermediate videos. You can also check out our intermediate Series. Review vocabulary by using our beginner/intermediate Video Flashcards. Check out our 30-Day Course for concepts you might need to review.

If you're Advanced:

For all levels, we HIGHLY recommend using a notebook and writing down a-ha moments, new vocabulary, and encouraging notes to self :). There’s just something about a pen and paper that can’t be beat!
