Hi Traci! Mamon was repeating "Sa77a wa 3aafyeh 3ala 2albhom" meaning "health and safety to their hearts" which is a common thing to say around food... it means he is wishing this food brings them health
Hi Cecilia! "Mabsoota" means Happy or Joyful... so not exactly "Smiling".... So she is happy, which is why she is smiling.
the word for smiling is "Mibtismeh (مبتسمة)"
