"Sheklo" can mean “he seems,” “it seems that he,” or “looks like he...” depending on the context.
Examples:
– Sheklo ta3ban = He seems tired / Looks like he’s tired
– Sheklo insa il mow3ad = Looks like he forgot the appointment
– Sheklo mabsoot = He seems happy / It seems that he's happy
Note that you can say "sheklak/sheklek" to refer to "you"
